- If you are a participant or a guide that uses our website to register, we will process data such as name, surname, telephone number, email address, age and others that are necessary for the registration.
- If you are a visitor on our website, we will also collect the information needed in the contact form (name, email address) if you choose to get in touch with us this way.
Also, in case you leave a comment on our website, we collect the data required in the comment section along with the IP address of the visitor and the queue of the navigation agents used by your browser in order to help us detect spam.
For the MEDIA content that you provide us (if this is the case): If you choose to upload images to our website, we recommend you avoid uploading images with embedded location data included (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
By agreeing to our terms, you give us permission to use photos and videos that we collect during the development of the workshops and classes for marketing and advertising purposes.

Parental approval
Our workshops and classes are open for every age. In order for underage participants to be able to register and participate in our activities, the parents/guardians need to provide us with a written approval. We consider that by clicking ”I read and agreed!” this approval is given.
We treat all data with transparency and do not share them with other parties.
By agreeing to our Terms, you agree for us to use your information in order to get in touch with you for the good development of our present and future services.
Data sharing
All data and personal information that we collect is not to be shared with any other parties. Everything we collect is stored for the long term in order to improve our services. If you want your data to be deleted from our database, please send us an email specifying this at school@laruxa.com.
